There was a huge karaoke night going on at the cafe near the university, so April used that as an opportunity to ask Travis if he wanted to hang out with her and her friends. It took Mae some convincing to go but, in the end, she realized that April really was trying to change who she was.

Mae, Jerome, and I got to the cafe before April and Travis did, so I ordered us a huge plate of nachos, which they were only selling on karaoke night. I wanted to take advantage of that and eat as much as I could.
