Ardan's POV

Alf's reminder got me worried and I hurried to the villa to look for Serena. On getting there, she was nowhere to be found. I did not want to call unnecessary attention, so I decided to look for her on my own.

I perceived a familiar scent and I traced it, my mind was racing. Alf raged, he was not going to take it easy with me if anything happened to our mate.

I walked fast across the pathway, the scent I was using to trace her was leading me to the armoury.
