After meeting Stephen, Elizabeth returned home. It was a good thing that Richard was still asleep. Of course he should be. He hasn't slept since yesterday and must have felt exhausted. She sat beside him on the bed as she gently removed the strand of hair on his face. 

He looks so innocent and handsome when he is sleeping. She doesn't know what is going on with her heart, but whatever it is she won't give it a chance. Stephen is right, she must focus on their mission. She can't forget what Richard did to her.

She is not going too far. She is only paying them for the pain...
