Jace had earlier told Victor to make arrangements in a seven star hotel. He has a big surprise for his wife, he really wants to make up for a lot though he knows that this surprise he's preparing for her won't be enough to make up for all the pains he caused her but he also believes that it will go a long way.

He doesn't know much about this stuff so he asked Victor who at least has a little knowledge of it. Victor's elder brother is married and Victor said that he often sees his brother arrange such a surprise gift for his wife.
