"Octavia, I found the portal," I heard Lila's voice, followed by a picture. My eyes flew open, and I quickly disappeared before she could cut me, but her sword touched me a bit in the neck. I appeared beside Lila, who looked at me, shocked.

"What happened?" she asked, helping me up.

"Please, get me out of here," I breathe out. We heard growling. We turned back, and that damn wolf was running to us at full speed. Lila quickly carried me up and threw me in the portal, then she quickly entered with the gem. We fall through the black abyss again. I breathe out, relieved and...
