By the time Hector came back from seeing his father, Henry was already in the living room where he had left him previously, pretending to be absorbed in a newspaper.

'Back so soon?' Henry said, clearly astonished. 'That was very fast!'

Hector shrugged and made to go to his study but Henry's voice stopped him. 'So what did father say?' he asked.

'Father is working out something!' Hector said. 'That's what he assured me. He will take care of everything!'

I bet! Henry thought with discontent. 'That's okay', he said, instead. 'But one more thing before you go, Lyncan king'.

Hector was really tired after his talk with his father...
