The only place I knew where no one would recognize me was the city that was three hours away from Marissa’s condo. I needed to get out of that place to see the person who I suspected had taken my daughter. It was only a speculation though. I didn’t think Otis would do that to me but when Caden told me that a guy with a sleeved tattoo once made an attempt to kill him, Otis was the first person that came to my head.

And just like I expected, he came when I was finally alone.
