Mr. Lee nodded and dashed quickly into the kitchen to start preparing breakfast for Arnold and Leina.

‘‘You barely had a bite, Celestine… How can you say you’re full?’’ Julian furrowed his brow as he took another bite of the bread he was holding. ‘‘This is really delicious. How did you learn to make it?’’

‘‘Celestine made that bread?’’ The expression of surprise and disdain that could be seen in Leina's eyes became more pronounced.
