Victoria let out a slight grimace as she looked away from the window. She then turned to look at Theodora who was still struggling with her melted ice cream. She decided to ask another question.

"What do you think about promises? Are we allowed to break them?" Victoria asked, holding her breath as she await and answer from Theodora. She knew Theodora was starting to suspect what was going on with her. But then Theodora wouldn't know the main issue if she didn't say anything.
