I raked my hand through my hair and stared at my wife. She sat on the foot of the bed, her hands on her laps. I couldn't believe it. The orb was Tamara. That was the last thing I would've thought of.

"How is this possible?" I crossed my arms and sniffed.

She took a deep breath. "It's a long story."
