Gabrielle's POV

What I was about to do was shameful. But I had to do it to keep my sister safe. With Jason by her side, she would never want to leave this city. She was too weak to be brought into this fight. It was going to take her months to fully regain her powers. Until then, she needed to be away from this city.

I stirred the liquid boiling in my cauldron. It was a mixture of Jason's sweat and a sweet tonic. Zara pushed open the door and marched in.

"Did you get it?" I asked.

"A strand of Jason's armpit hair." She coughed...
