“Whatever that you are planning to do, just drop it, Slate.” She was mad as she walked towards Slate’s tent after a short battle between her and Denver outside.

She couldn’t believe that she had fallen into his trap again.

“What do you mean?” Slate looked so innocent as he stared at her with his signatured puppy eyes – which don’t work on her, really.

Seline rolled her eyes as she clenched her jaw and crossed her arms in front of her chest. Her patience was already wearing thin, and she didn’t know why she was just so irritated – with Denver around.
