"Oh, honey, I'm so proud of you", my mom hugged me after the ceremony was finished. Yes, it was my graduation.

"Thanks, Mom", I hugged her back then pulled away, turning to my dad.

"I'm really proud of you, kiddo", he hugged me and kissed the back of my head.

"Thanks, Daddy", I muttered

"Oh, my baby girl is an adult now. It felt like yesterday that I took you to the first day of kindergarten", he said sadly.

"Dad", I whined, afraid that I might cry here. I then turned to Sean who was standing there awkwardly, watching our family interaction.

"Congrats, baby", he whispered lowly for me...
