Christian's POV

I return back to the living room in my chambers to meet my mom glancing down, gazing steadily on the floor. She seems so downcasted. I tap her on ten shoulder and she raises her head.

"Mom!" I sit on the couch beside the one she is sitting. "Please tell me, why are you getting so soaked up in this apology stuff, I mean you seem so disturbed. Why? Is there anything you are hiding from me?"

She arches her brow. I'm quite sure she wasn't expecting this, she didn't want me to think out of the box but now I have, she is confused and doesn't knows...
