Nina's POV

The last thing I remember is arguing with Carlos  but here I was lying on my bed with Ella and the doctor standing beside me.

"How are you feeling your highness?" The doctor asked the moment I fully gained consciousness.

"I feel like my head has been run over by a truck and the abdominal pains are unbearable." I stuttered as tears made my cheeks wet.
