We reached Athens International Airport early the next morning. A car was sent from our hotel, Springwell Palace Acropolis in Athens to pick us up from the airport. I saw the excitement in Amelia's eyes as she took in the beautiful heritage city while we drove towards our hotel.

"Do you have a hotel here as well?" She asked, with wide eyes. I smiled. She had no idea how many hotels we owned.

"Yes, we'd be staying at our hotel here which is located just steps away from the Acropolis and the old town of Plaka. Every room has a stunning view of the Acropolis. You'll love it,"...
