Deacon snorted but nodded. "We'll discuss them together. The next rule is loyalty. Whilst together, I expect commitment. I don't share."

"So no cheating?" I yawned.

Deacon nodded seriously. His shoulders had rounded into a slump and his head had dipped as he studied his list.

"No cheating," he agreed. "That includes kisses, sending pictures or sexting, getting off with somebody else even if it doesn't involve being touched. I had an ex before who claimed that some of those didn't count. I'm putting it out here right now that in my eyes, all of the above is cheating."
