A week in human town and I feel so drained.

I know it is the mate pull that weakens my wolf Estrella constantly. She needs her mate, now that we have started the mating process she longs to complete it. And besides all this, Jace's wolf calls her, he lures us to him. Every night he lets out a loud painful howl across the land, intended to connect his wolf with Estrella so he knows where to find us. But I have Estrella well under control, without my consent, she cannot respond to her mate's call. But the howls do make me shiver with anticipation, longing for another...
