Eddison worded it nicely so when he said those words, everyone left without making further comments. As the crowd dispersed, Eddison noticed Rachel who was standing at the edge of the crowd.

"Why are you here too?"

Rachel came back to her senses as she replied, "Oh! I...everyone is here, so I..."

"You weren't startled, right?"

Eddison suddenly spoke.

Rachel was stunned for a moment. Then, she realized that Eddison was asking her if she had been startled by Sierra's sudden appearance that morning.
