John was woken up by the continuous buzzing of the phone on the bedside table. Without opening his eyes, he slapped his palms looking for the phone but he accidentaly pushed it with the side of his side casing to fall.

He sighed, sat upright and struggled to open his heavy lids. He fluttered them open, rubbing the back of his hand on them to ease the urge if slamming them shut.
