I finished my smoke and looked at Adira one more time before driving off. She was distraught and crying, I hated seeing her like that. She loved Wyatt a lot and was hurt. My heart tightened in my chest as she screamed in pain. The best I could do for her is give her peace and space. I didn't know what she would decide, whether it was to leave or stay with me.
