When I was a child, I used to sleep in a small bed. When I grew up, I struggled making a living outside.I often rented basements. It was common not having money to eat, not to mention the poor accommodation. There was only such a bed. There was nothing else.

Many years later, even though I have started my career now, I still like to sleep in a small bed.
