Molly frowned tiredly.

Mirabel nearly dropped her glass.

“Are you seriously asking me that?” she exclaimed. “You’re telling me there’s a baby inside you right now.” She pointed at Molly’s stomach dramatically. “Come on, tell me you’re joking. Is this some kind of prank?”

“Keep your voice down,” Molly hissed nervously as she glanced around the bar. “Yes, I’m pregnant.”
