Grumbling an animalistic sound, I rolled on the soft mattress, the duvet wrapping me like cloak but I didn't care, as I enjoyed the relaxing feeling of having a good night’s sleep.

Not sure if I was ready to get up yet, hence there was still some tinge of slumber hanging on my lids, I stretched my bones, groaning at the sensation it brought.

Eyes still closed, I lay flat on the mattress for some moments, the brightness of the morning sun causing a red hue behind my lids as it shined down on me from the window.
