“Oh my goodness, you look stunning”, my mother gushed as soon as she set her eyes on me and I smiled widely. My cheeks were hurting from smiling and it was 10 in the morning yet but I loved it.

“Thank you, mama”, I smiled at her and gave her a little side hug. My hair was done, my makeup was done- I made sure I wore the most minimal makeup and I was just putting finishing touches to my dress.
