I got back to work immediately he left for his office and was on cloud 9 for the rest of the day. I was happy because he was warming up towards me but also wary and scared of opening up to a new person.

I thought about what Chelsea said. It's time I moved on from the past and allowed myself to feel something for someone else. He still remains my boss and I can't just jump on him like that.

Work passed by in a breeze that day and I ended up getting off work later than usual. I finished up my work and left the office....
