It being quite a while now that I spar.

I stepped into the training yard, And the men are already practising,

Everyone turned as I strode into the training yard,

They all know I don't get to come to the training yard often,

And anytime I showed up, some ass are going to get whooped.

I spot some men sparring at the centre of the training yard,

Since we are in the middle of a battle,

Everyone is trying to check and improve their combat skills,

I stood and watch the men sparring,

And I sensed Louis coming towards me.
