Vera quickly pulled the door opened, and Nora dived in. Vera scanned her, firstly before looking outside.

"Mabel? What of Mabel?" Vera asked, slowly, while locking the door.

"I... never saw her" Nora stuttered, shaking.

"But Renee said you were with her" Tessa uttered, walking towards her.

"Renee? Who is Renee?" Nora asked.

"The girl at the next class. She heard everything. She said there were three students in the class. She mentioned the names,, Jake, Nora... that's you and Mabel" Tessa explained.
