"I was about to whine about you being late but the moment I set my eyes on you every of the draining emotions dissipated." Liam commented as Alexis walked in.

Alexis smiled stiffly at him, she had tried to calm herself all through the ten minutes ride without exploding. The look in Raphael's eyes almost made her doubt her good looks and confidence. He sure has some nerve demeaning people with his eyes.

"Hi." She mumbled.

Liam chuckled awkwardly, "are you okay?"
