Chuckling at his phone screen, Raphael sipped on his coffee sitting by the kitchen while chatting with Alexis. Melissa stepped out with Cindy, she could walk on her own but still limping a bit.

"Good morning, family." He sounded cheerful.

Melissa smiled to herself, it's been so long since she last saw him so deeply happy. She had thought to taunt him this morning. But it will have to wait till she returns.
