I ran my hand through my hair as I walked out of the police station into the parking lot. I spotted my little sister leaning on my black BMW with her head bowed down.

"Let's go home", I said to her and she raised her head. Her bloodshot eyes made me know that she was crying. We got into the car and drove home.

The drive home was silent, but it wasn't awkward. I parked the car in the garage and Alfred came in. "Welcome back, Sir", he greeted. "Thanks Alfred", I said with a nod and he nodded.
