I spit the blood out and smile at the guard in front of me. My teeth are bloody from the numerous beatings I had received. My hands are tied behind me to the chair, and my legs are bound together.

Blood drips from the cut on my eyebrow into my eyes as I try to blink it away. My hair sticks to my forehead due to the mixture of blood and sweat.
