Dante's face went white.
Then red.
Then something worse. Something cold and empty that made Sienna's blood freeze.
"Get Leo," he said quietly. Too quietly. "Get him now."
Elena was already moving. She disappeared into the bedroom where Leo was napping, emerging seconds later with the sleeping child in her arms.
"What's happening?" Catarina asked.
"Julian just put a target on my son's back." Dante was on his phone, fingers flying across the screen despite the bandages.
"Every criminal organization in Europe is going to know Leo exists by morning. Which means we have maybe six hours before someone tries to collect him."
"Collect him for what?" Sienna's voice shook....
