Finn held Dorothy's face as he stared deep into her eyes. "Look at you," he murmured, his deep voice cracking slightly. He admired her for a moment before speaking again. "You look so much healthier this time. Are you all finally getting along?" he asked.

Dorothy grinned from ear to ear at the question. She turned back to look at Stefan, and Finn followed her gaze. It was then he realized there were other people in the room, including someone he did not recognize.

"You should give the credit to my husband, Dad. He took really good care of me," Dorothy replied.

Finn froze, his hands dropping from her face....
