It was Tuesday. Dorothy and Stefan were dressed and ready to head to court. Beatrice was dressed up too—she would be joining them, while Maxwell was already at school.

The drive to the law firm took nearly thirty minutes.

Bianca’s team was already present and waiting. Even Griffin and Levi were there. Stefan couldn’t help but frown.

“Come on, don’t you love it when I show up to support you?” Levi teased.

“I think we all know you’re just here for the drama,” Dorothy muttered, rolling her eyes. Her reaction earned a small grin from Levi.
