Darius’s Pov

I left Soraya's room and went straight to my office. I had a meeting scheduled with someone from the werewolf underground and I needed to focus. This person had information about the Patriarch and I couldn't afford to miss anything important.

At nine o clock there was a knock on my office door. I opened it and a man I had never seen before stood there. He was average height with dark hair and eyes that looked like they had seen too much. He wore all black and moved like someone who was used to staying in the shadows.

"Alpha Darius?" he asked.

"Yes. You're Marco?"
