“I noticed that he had been making unnecessary and bogus approvals of late, which was not in his character.”

He paused and looked at Mr. Morris, who nodded his head and urged him to continue.

“He made them the heads of Procurement and Sales Departments a few years after they joined the organization, whereas there were older and qualified members of staff who were capable of managing those departments.
