The next day I couldn't contain my excitement. The whole day I was restless and couldn’t concentrate on anything. Finally, I was free and rushed home early to prepare Max's dinner. Aunt Caroline offered to feed him while I freshened up. Later, I completed my last-minute packing as well. I packed food and milk in case we needed it on the way.
