Cassandra's POV

Tristan and Adrian clapped Julian on the back, whispering to him as we left to retire to our rooms. I turned a deaf ear to them and walked away towards our room. Claire had already left to check up on baby Alexander first before going up to her room with Jason.

Our room was located at the farthest end of the corridor overlooking the golf course on one side and a beautiful wall fountain on the other. The room had a king-sized bed and was very tastefully decorated in a combination of white, beige, and black. I wandered over to the balcony, breathing in the refreshing cool air....
