Seeing as he walked up the stairs, Kyley couldn't help but call out, slightly in surprise and largely in disbelief.

Darren who was just making his way back from the woods jumped in fright as he almost had a heart attack when he heard Kyley call out his name. He hadn't expected that she would be up just yet. Darren shot his gaze up to look at Kyley almost instantly, his eyes widened and his jaw slightly dropped. His whole face was rigid and frozen in shock.
