Khloe POV

I have never seen Alex this terrified before. His nightmare must have been a horrible one for him to cling onto me this way. lately, he has been acting strange. More like different from what I used to know. He became more gentle and attentive to details which he never did in the beginning.

After making sure he was asleep, I detached myself from him and went into the bathroom to shower. I don't know what is troubling him and I hope that it doesn't last because I don't think I can stand him suffering.

This might sound ironic because he is the one always hurting me. But...
