My legs stood fixed on the ground as they became immovable after being graced was Alex's unexpected presence.

"I asked you a question, don't let me repeat myself," he sternly said and I had the urge to run.

The worst thing that would happen to me is if I tell him that I went out with a guy to meet his group of friends who happened to be only men.
