The temperature of the room dropped until you could feel the chills that came from one entity in the room. My heart dropped when Daemon turned to face Wilder and me, his irises were slowly changing colours to the pitch black eyes of his wolf.

"What. Did. You. Say?" The calmness in his voice was so unnerving that even the warriors felt it.

"Daemon! Daemon! I can explain..." I tried to pacify him, but he wasn't listening.
