I sat there looking like a puppy for about 10 minutes before the lady left. 

"I am sorry about the delay, Miss Avery. So, what did you say you want again?"

I sat upright and looked at his face. 

Wait, how do I say this? What if he says he didn't do it for me? 

Wait, why did I come to thank him for that like he did it because I told him? That is enough reason to come thank him, oh, man!

Fuck! Now I look like a dumb fuck!

"Hey, Avery! Are you alright? You look very lost"
