My alarm went off and that's when I opened my eyes. I looked down when I felt someone wrapped around my torsos. I couldn't help but smirk mischievously when I found my wife, Charlotte, wrapped around me along with the blanket. I sat up on the bed after admiring her for a few minutes. I couldn't remember my life without her. It felt like she never really left. Or I just didn't remember anything about our past that we spent apart from each other.
