Mia, who was about to walk out of the company, paused and whirled around to face Amelia in surprise.

"What do you mean by no?"

"Let's just have lunch here with everyone" Amelia tried to grab Mia's hand.

Mia moved her hand behind her, "hey, I'm not going to disappear again. Don't worry".

Mia tried to reassure her but Amelia was having none of it. She was shaking her head negatively as she stood her ground.

Mia sighed before coming to stand in front of Amelia. "That day was meant to happen and it was no one's fault. Today is different."
