“Oh, Leah,” she whispered, as he words attracted Ethan’s expression, and he looked over to where I stood in shock, till rage clouded his face.
“I was already worried about you, and how you’ll manage to cope under this rain,” she said with a sigh. Then her gaze shifted to Ethan as she pouted.
“I had begged, Ethan, countless times already to go back to pick you up. Yet he refused.”
