Lisa's POV

Extremely uneasy quiet permeates the car journey home. Even though I knew Damien wanted me to spend more time with his family, his mother wrecked everything, so we quickly departed the estate.

It started to feel tight and gloomy. Damien motioned for us to go home as he rose up.

I was happy. The pathetic looks I was receiving after the guys apologized for Mrs. Russell's actions made me uncomfortable enough.
