Yeah, I managed to stay sober.

It doesn't take much. Human booze does absolutely nothing to werewolves. So Mase and Amelia go for it. But my poor Clarita gets carried away with the moment, sees the couple downing the champagne generously and follows their lead.

An hour later, she is completely drunk.

We all smile at her silliness; little does she know that we are werewolves and she certainly cannot keep up with us. She dances around happily, glass in the air, while Mase turns up the music. I lie back on the lounger and follow her with my eyes.
