After they got back, there was another round of photo sessions with various people from Luciano’s family, no one seemed to notice that the bride didn’t have any family members present or maybe they knew but chose to mind their business, anyway, she was glad they weren’t asking for her people. After photos were taken again, Luciano’s grandfather did a toast to their union, and so did some of his other relatives who she didn’t care to get to know, she only smiled at them and nodded or said thank you when they talked to her or looked in her direction.
